The descent from the Skaven tunnels down the side of a mountain is uneventful. The deep snow making it hard at times but not impassable.

Soon the terrain changes, the tree's grow thicker, reeds start appearing in clumps, A low mist is forming at ground level, at times dense patches rise up like spectres from the ground,
The snow has gone as they are now in the lowlands. They are in what is commonly known as the Dark Swamps.

A path twists its way through the swamp, gnarled roots and tree's overhang the path.

A strong unpleasant Oder also hangs in the air.

It is permanently dark and dingy.


They see ahead of them at first what appears to be a large tree with odd shaped holes in it. It is along the path, Green smoke seems to be coming out of on of the upper holes.

Whistling can also be heard coming from inside of the tree.

There path leads the directly past the tree

"well i dont like the idea of green smoke but who knows" shravani mumbles then shrugs but continues walking

The whistling stops and a oddly sounding voice calls out.
'STOP'
'Trespass not here you will. Yourselves announce you must, destroy will I attackers of me'

shravani steps forward "we are freinds and only wish to pass i am shravani and these are my freinds" shravani says ignoring the pain shoot through her jaw

'Say friends you do, actions I must see friends then show'
'tribute seek i do'

"what?" shravani mumbles still standing forward

'Say you are friends you do, actions prove friends, tribute I seek'
'Lost have I in swamp staff is'
'Return staff and friends you prove'
'food i will then give'

From the path about 100 metres to the left is a large area of dark green moldy swamp, the stench can be smelt from the oath. In the middle of the swamp stands a staff.'

"we only want to pass" shravani mumbles to whatever it is she is talking to

'Staff you get pass I let'
'No go go get staff'

"ok ok we will get your staff" shravani says she then looks at the staff then looks back at aith "can i have your rope please" then to chadda "can i have a drink please you are the one with the wineskin"
