Can someone either be able to tell me this, or point me at the right person to talk to?
I have a rather bad intolerance to garlic, eating it ... well you dont want to know
is it possibly to have the catered option with out garlic, i have catered scout events and know its a pain in the arse to sort, if its not possible would it be possible to have the catered option and not have the meals that have garlic in (i doubt porage or bacon can be made with garlic in it lol)

Seriously if garlic is a problem we can deal with it -
Catering we will do our best to cater for as many requirements as possible - we will (I believe) be supplying at least one veggie meal so the option is always for you to have that meal , for it to be cooked without garlic and just add some ungarlic'd meat to it, that way the non vampires amongst us get our garlic kick
If anyone else has any allerigies/dietry requirements now will be the time to voice them!! As I said we will try to cater for most but as it is a camping event this will be dictated by facilities available

yeah works, re main, non-garlic veggie and add some meat in for special cases.

ON a side note can I point out that though you will obviously be paying OOC for your food those characters cooking and serving the food IC (All done IC) WILL expect payment of some sort for the meals - be it currency, services or other things that might interest them (I hear JD and SOCO works well
Just do bear this in mind as meal times will be IC for ALL
