It will be taking place near to Brentwood, essex!
Our next event will be held at Thriftwood Scout Site, near Brentwood in Essex.
The dates are 14th,15th,16th March. Time in 7.30pm on the 14th. Time out will be approx 3pm on the 16th.
Cost of this event is £40.00 per person. This includes indoor accomodation, food and drinks for the weekend. Ale will also be served with the meals for those old enough! Insurance is also included.
If food is not required the cost will be £35.00 per person.

I know you've said Time In is 7:30, but is there a time you'd like people to be on site for ~ so they can sort out the OOC prep stuff?
Is there a time you don't want people to arrive before (because you're not going to be on site, or you'll be busy doing scene setting etc)?
I'm just asking as Sara and I have a fairly long drive up and would like to get there (this time) with enough time to recuperate a bit before things kick off.

Just want to say great event and many, many thanks to the monster crew for a fantastic job. Had quite a few memorable events over the weekend and was great to meet new faces as well as old ones too. Excellent job everyone involved in the running of the event and the kitchen too!
